Kickstart 2025 with Team COUCH and take on the Cairns Airport Ironman 70.3—a race in paradise with purpose. We're looking for 10 individuals and 20 teams ready to challenge themselves, achieve their marathon goals, and make a difference for the local cancer-impacted community.

What our athletes get: 

• VIP access to COUCH's Finish Line Marquee event fully catered by the renowned Ochre Restaurant and Catering with lunch and dinner entries. 
• A perfect finish line photo oportunity for capturing that special moment. 
• A large, one-of-a-kind prized raffle to support our athletes on their fundraising journey.
• Optional access to tailored training with Nick Carling from Ignite Endurance. 

What we need from our athletes: 

• To pay your registration fees (Individuals $590 & Teams $725)
• Fundraise for COUCH, meet your target (Individual $2,000 & Teams $3,500) and get your registration back!!
