We value collaboration. The definition of community collaboration refers to individuals and organisations working together to minimise barriers and achieve positive outcomes for all. Together, we can all make a difference through locals helping locals. 

The COUCH Wellness Centre has been built by the community, for the community. The Far North Queenslander spirit lives here and we thank all of our sponsors and supporters, across individuals, groups and organisations that continue to dig deep for the cause.

Through your involvement and support, our client services are subsidised to enable all local people diagnosed with cancer equitable access to health and well-being care. We are a registered Health Promotion Charity with Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) and our charitable purpose is to advance health, social and public welfare and education in the sector of cancer control. We are also endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) which means gifts and contributions may be eligible for tax deductions. 

The COUCH Charity and the COUCH Wellness Centre host many events and fundraisers throughout the year and are always seeking support to help raise valuable funds for our community initiatives. If you would like to contribute in any way, please contact us to explore how giving to a local charity can be mutually beneficial.
