Jeany has been teaching yoga since 2011 and has worked with many clients from all walks of life. She offers a holistic view to health and well-being and focuses on understanding the client’s needs to provide individual guidance and support. Jeany promotes good movement and practice during all of her classes and will assist client’s with correct posture and poses. Above all, Jeany’s classes are about having fun, moving your body and connecting with yourself and others.
